Representatives of the international hotel chain Hyatt reported that soon will open two new hotels in the UAE.
One of these establishments will be called Hyatt Capital Centre and will open later this year. The second hotel will be available for tourists and businessmen in March 2011.
As reported by the media, most likely, Hyatt Capital Centre fall into the Guinness Book of Records as “the tower with the largest slope.” Engineers designed the hotel, whose height is 160 m, with a slope of 18 degrees. Note that the Leaning Tower of Pisa is 4 times smaller slope.
Capital Gate building was built on piles 490 which are fixed in the ground at a depth of more than 30 m. With this fastening, the structure can withstand the overload that creates gravity, seismic processes and the desert wind.
