In Singapore has started to build the most expensive 38-storey residential complex – Sky Habitat. Sky Habitat has a stepped structure and consists of two buildings connected by three bridges. The upper bridge is a large swimming pool at the bottom – parkland. This has only just begun to build, and most of the apartments are already sold. Here three-room apartments cost half a million U.S. dollars.
